Terms and Conditions — 98hh Platform

By accessing or using the 98hh platform — whether through the website, mobile browser or the 98hh app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 98hh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Using 98hh services includes, but is not limited to, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, accessing fish games or slot games, and requesting withdrawals. All of these activities are governed by these Terms.

To use 98hh, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. We strictly prohibit use of the platform by minors.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players.
• You must be using the platform in a personal capacity, not on behalf of another party.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that you have submitted to 98hh.
• You must not be an employee, contractor or direct family member of a 98hh employee where such use would constitute a conflict of interest.

98hh reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.

Each player may hold only one active account on 98hh. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, phone number, device, IP address or payment method — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Your username and password are personal to you — do not share them with anyone else. 98hh will not be liable for losses or issues arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your login details adequately.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately so that appropriate steps can be taken to protect your account and investigate the matter.

All transactions on 98hh are denominated in PKR. Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT) and select debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. Available channels may change from time to time and the current options are displayed within your account dashboard.

Deposits are subject to minimum amounts as displayed at the point of transaction. Funds are credited to your account balance in PKR upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. 98hh does not charge platform fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals can be requested at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal destination accounts must be registered to you and match the details on your 98hh account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per channel and are shown in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus credits must be met before those funds can be withdrawn.
• 98hh reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawals pending identity or payment verification.

Processing times vary by channel. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically fastest. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on IBFT processing windows. 98hh does not charge platform fees on standard withdrawals.

98hh may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. These specific terms take precedence over the general provisions in this section where they are more restrictive.

General bonus conditions applicable across all 98hh promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or coordinated bonus abuse — including using multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms, or providing false information to qualify for offers — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account action.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple and eligible game contributions will be stated with each offer.
• Bonuses are awarded in PKR and may only be used on the 98hh platform for eligible games or betting markets as specified in the offer terms.
• 98hh reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms or cancel a bonus that has been awarded if there is evidence of abuse or error.
• Players may opt out of receiving marketing communications about promotions by contacting support.

The 98hh sports betting section covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 tournaments, international fixtures, football and other sports as available. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to the following conditions:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to confirmation. A bet is only confirmed once a bet receipt reference is generated in your account.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. If odds change between the time you select a bet and the time it is submitted, you may be asked to accept the new odds.
• Event cancellations: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. Stakes are typically returned on void bets.
• In-play betting: In-play markets reflect real-time events. 98hh accepts no liability for bets placed based on outdated information. It is your responsibility to ensure the information displayed is current at the time you place a bet.
• Maximum stakes and winnings: 98hh reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts and maximum winnings per event or per account. These limits may vary by sport, market and account tier.
• Obvious errors: Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a pricing error may be voided at 98hh's discretion.

Cricket markets — including PSL, international T20 and Test matches — are governed by standard cricket betting rules. Specific rules for settlement of cricket bets including rain-affected matches, reduced-overs games and super overs are detailed in the sports betting rules section of the platform.

The 98hh game catalogue includes slot games, fish shooting games, live casino, and other arcade-style titles provided by third-party game developers. Each game title is governed by its own rules and paytable which are accessible within the game interface.

General platform-level rules applicable to all casino and game sessions:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer mechanisms for live casino games. 98hh does not influence individual game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game session, the game state will be preserved and the session can typically be resumed. Stakes committed before disconnection are not recoverable if the game has already resolved.
• Malfunction of any game software that produces an erroneous result voids all affected plays. Stakes will be returned where possible.
• Progressive jackpot prizes are subject to the specific terms of the jackpot network. 98hh is not the operator of third-party progressive jackpot pools.
• Fish game sessions involve real-time multiplayer rooms. Prize calculations are determined by the game provider's certified mechanics.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98hh platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, including through the use of different names, phone numbers or devices.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical means to interact with the platform in an automated fashion.
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or to exploit bonus structures.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud or other financial crime.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age during verification.
• Placing bets or playing games on behalf of another person without explicit authorisation from 98hh.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble or copy any part of the 98hh platform, software or content.

98hh reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or where account closure has been requested by the account holder themselves.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, access to funds will be restricted until the investigation is complete. If the investigation determines a breach has occurred, balances derived from the breach may be forfeited.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules and remaining verified balances will be returned to the account holder's registered payment channel after appropriate checks.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 98hh's total liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the relevant claim arises.

98hh is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures or third-party service interruptions outside our direct control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank networks.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 98hh.

98hh collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, verification, transaction processing and customer support. The full details of how your data is collected, stored, used and protected are set out in our Privacy Policy.

By registering and using 98hh, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have rights regarding your data including the right to access, correct and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal information.

Transaction and betting data is retained for record-keeping, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes for defined retention periods as described in the Privacy Policy.
